Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please be aware of potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

SHIPPING RATES

FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OF $50 OR MORE. Standard USPS shipping charges for your order of $49.99 or less will be calculated and displayed at checkout

LOCAL DELIVERY (Pasadena, CA. ONLY)

We offer local delivery in Pasadena, CA. There is a $5 service fee for orders under $99. Local delivery is FREE for orders of $99 or more. Delivery is available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thepocketbookpeddler.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
